- Get 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato chopped, 1 capsicum chopped
- Get 2 green chillies, 1 red pepper,1 tbsn ginger,garlic and chilli
- Provide Paste,2 tbsn oil,1 tsp red chilli pwd,1 tsp coriander pwd
- Provide 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp salt,a pinch of garam masala
- Provide 1/2 cup mixed coriander leaves & mint leaves, pinch of sweet
- Take Paprika and some spring onions to garnish n toasted bread
- Use 3 eggs…can add more if u want

- Prepare all the ingredients…as have to be quick….heat oil in a pan add the onion,cumin and ginger garlic and chilli paste n saute
- Now add the tomato, capsicum and chilli…mix now add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd and mix
- Now add tomato paste, salt and a pinch of garam masala n saute few seconds.
- Now add the coriander leaves and mint leaves, now make 3 parts in masala in each part add little butter and 1 egg…(total 3 parts with 3 egg)now cover n Cook few seconds n its ready

When eggs are baked, the thin film of egg whites Though I call Shakshuka a type of baked eggs, ironically my favourite way of making it is over campfire, poaching rather than baking. Shakshuka features poached eggs in a hearty tomato pepper sauce. You can't go wrong serving shakshuka for breakfast or brunch. I didn't have some of the ingredients on hand but I made my own quick version using heirloom tomatoes that had been marinating in balsamic.
