- Provide 1.2 kg Boneless pork shoulder
- You need 1 packet Schwarz Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Spice Mix
- You need 140 g Tomato ketchup
- You need 5 tbsp Dry cider
- Use 4 tbsp Sweet and smokey BBQ sauce (plus extra to serve)
- Provide 8 Brioche buns
- Provide 1 tub Coleslaw
- Take 1 Carrot
- Take 1/2 Courgette
- Provide 1 tsp Sesame oil

- Take 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Get 6-8 Smoked cheese slices (eg Applewood)
- Provide Squeeze mayo (optional)
