Place the cookies on baking plate or tray which can be fit inside the kadai.
- Take a deep bottomed kadai, add little salt at the bottom, now keep a steal stand of 1 inch height. Cover the kadai with lid. Keep on high flame for 5-8 minutes. Now remove the lid, place the baking plate or tray. Cover it and keep on medium flame for 15-18 minutes, meanwhile check it in every 5-6 minutes. After 18 minutes.
