So I had all four servings in one whole day. This is the first chicken tikka masala recipe I ever tried. It turned out wonderfully, but it was way too spicy in the beginning and I listened to the salt warnings, so I modified it slightly. A twist on the hit malai tikka gravy recipe…altered the recipe to accommodate using boneless chicken breast instead of bone-in chicken pieces. This can be served with parathas and fries OR incorporated into this lovely Tikka Masala Pasta recipe.
