- You need 4 eggs
- You need 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Prepare 5 cup plain flour

- Wrap the dough in cling film and chill in fridge for at least one hour. You may chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200°c. Roll out dough on floured surface to approximately half a cm thick or one cm if you prefer a thicker cookie.
- Use a cookie cutter of your choice to cut the dough. Place the cut cookies on a tray lined with baking paper approximately 2 1/2 cm apart.
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the base of the cookies turn a slight brown. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Cookies may be kept in an airtight container.
