We all know that, in order to really be healthful, nutritious and balanced diets are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. Going to the gym isn’t something people decide to do when they get off from work. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally tasty salad (unless we’re vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy decisions doesn’t have to be a pain. With training you can get all of the nutrients and the physical exercise that you need. Here are some very simple ways to get healthful.
When you go to the grocery store, be sensible about it. Making good decisions when buying food means that you’ll be able to eat nutritious meals without a lot of effort. Think about it: you aren’t going to want to deal with a hectic store or a long drive through line at the end of the day. You want to go home and make a little something from your kitchen. Your home should be stocked with healthy foods and ingredients. By doing this, even when you decide that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.
There are a good deal of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indicator of your healthfulness. You need to help make your body as strong it can be.
We hope you got benefit from reading it, now let’s go back to pork chops with apple and stuffing recipe. To make pork chops with apple and stuffing you only need 4 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
The ingredients needed to cook Pork Chops with Apple and Stuffing:
- You need 6 boneless pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
- You need 1 tsp olive, vegetable or canola oil
- Get 21 oz can apple pie filling with cinnamon
- Take 6 oz package stuffing mix, prepared. (I like pepperidge farm or stove top pork flavored )
Instructions to make Pork Chops with Apple and Stuffing:
- Pre heat oven to 350°F.
- Over medium high heat, add oil and cook pork chops until seared and brown.
- Do this in batches so not to crowd pan. They brown better when not crowded. You want to brown and sear not steam :)
- In a 9x13 baking dish, spoon stuffing in baking dish. Place pork chops over stuffing.
- Spoon apples over pork chops. Cover tightly with lid or foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Make sure it reaches 160 on meat thermometer.
- Serve with any sides you like. You can also layer the apple filling in dish first, then pork then stuffing. I like stuffing on bottom to absorb the pork and apple flavors and it doesn't seem to dry out when uncovered. But its your preference.
