- Take 2 green apples
- Prepare 1 cup all purpose flour
- You need 2 tsp corn flour
- Prepare 1/2 tsp dry yeast

- Dissolve yeast with 1/4 tsp sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water for 5-10minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Now in another vessel, add all purpose flour, corn flour, sugar, salt and yeast mixture. Mix well,add ghee and water to prepare batter. Do not make runny batter, add less water.
- Cover it & let it rest for about an hour.

- Soak it in warm sugar syrup till another Jalebi is fried. Let it be dipped in sugar syrup, flip in between. Then remove it & put on wire mash to drain excess sugar syrup.
