- You need 1 large Apple
- Provide 60 gm sugar
- Take 1 tablespoon ghee
- You need 1 pinch salt
- Prepare 1/2 Juice of a lemon

- Take 4-5 whole/Broken cashews

- Melt a teaspoon of ghee in a heavy bottom saucepan and brown the cashews. Keep them aside
