  6. Get 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  7. Get 1/4-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. Get 4 basil leaves, chopped
  9. Get 1 TBS. dried parsley or a bunch of fresh chopped parsley
  10. Take to taste Salt,
  11. Prepare to taste Black pepper,
  12. Prepare 1/3 cup milk
  13. You need 2 TBS. flour, for coating meatballs
