Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. cover the pieces with a towel and let them rest for 15 mins on a lightly floured counter, roll the dough about 1/8 inch thick into a large circle,about 7-8 inches in diameter.and heat up non stick griddle or pan to medium heat.look for the right amount of heat that will cook the bread in 2-3 min max. per side. not hot enough and your bread can turn out dry. your bread is ready. You can store in freeze for up to 1 month and reheated gently.
  7. Making wrap roll. spread tomato sauce on bread and mayonnaise also spread on bread. place lettuce and the chicken, onion,tomatoes and again mayonnaise and roll it up like this.
