- Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and Chilli sauce.
- Marinate the chicken for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- For coating in flour add corn flour, rice flour, Baking powder, chicken powder, mix herbs and salt.
- Coat chicken strips one by one in flour mix then dip in cold water then coat with flour mix again. Do this with mathod with all strips. Once it's done deep fry all coated strips in medium high oil till golden and crisp.
- Take pita bread, spread 1 tbls Mayonnaise on it put some cucumbers and onion slices then place fried crispy chicken, pour 1 tbls Ketchup and roll into the butter paper.
