Steps to make Tamale Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave cauliflower. Set aside until cool enough to handle, then use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze and ring out out excess moisture.
  2. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and egg to Cauliflower. Season with salt and mix until combined. Grease an ovenproof 10” skillet lightly, then press the cauliflower mixture into skillet. Bake until golden and dried out, about 20 minutes.
