- Get 125 g Margarine/Butter
- Use 1/2 cup Sugar
- Take 200 g Dark Chocolate
- Use 4 Eggs
- Prepare 1 1/4 flour

- In a large bowl melt chocolate and margarine. Use the double boiler method. Once completely melted set aside to cool. Add oil.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
- In another bowl mix in the eggs, butter milk and essence.
- Mix everything together in the first bowl and add the hot water.
- Bake for 45 - 60 minutes depending with your oven. Let it cool overnight.
