  2. You need 5 tbsp Coco powder

  4. Get 200 gms milkmaid
  5. Prepare 200 gms homemade khoya
  6. Take 250 gms crushed walnuts

  1. In a heavy bottom pan take 1-liter milk, once the milk boils add Coco powder and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Then add sugar, milkmaid, homemade khoya and mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Keep stirring continuously or else the mixture will stick to the bottom of the pan, then add crushed walnuts and again cook the mix till it becomes very thick.
  4. Cool the fudge for 5-6 hours at room temperature and then roll balls out of it, garnish with some melted white chocolate and serve.
