  1. Soak rice for 1 hour and boil with salt then drain out in strainer keep it cool for 1 hour keep aside in anothor pan heat the pan on the gas add ghee and all whole garam masala, black peper jeera dry red chillies.
  2. Now add onion and ginger and garlic,stir it now add half boiled all the veggies
  3. Stir it add salt now add chop tomatoes and stir well at last add curd stir it until ghee comes out add garam masala stir it well now in non stick pan 1st layer of mixer of vegetables 2nd layer of boiled rice again veg layer upper side boiled rice cover lid and cook 5 mins on gas for slow flame open lid garnish with Coriander leaves and cashunuts fried so it's ready to serve with boondi or pineapple raita.
