  1. You need 250 gms rice
  2. Take 300 gm MUSHROOM chopped
  3. Get 2 big finely chopped onions
  4. Provide 2 big tomatoes chopped

  6. Prepare 2 green chilli's
  7. Get 1 tsp shahi jeera
  8. Take as needed Red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, whole garam masala
  9. Take BIRIYANI masala

Instructions to make Mushroom biriyani:
  1. Wash the rice and strain all the water from it and keep aside.
  2. Now in a thick bottom cooker add enough oil.Add shahi jeera whole garam masala, green chillies and then chopped onions. Bay leaf.
  3. Cook them till golden brown then add ginger garlic paste when it gives nice Aroma add chopped tomatoes. Cook til oil comes out.
  4. Now add mushroom and salt.Mix it well.cook it till all the water evaporate from the mushroom. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala and Rice.Mix everything Very well. Now add double quantity of water from the rice. Again mix it well and close lid of the cooker. Allow for 3 whistles.let it cool.then it's ready to serve.
