- Take 1/2 kg Mutton
- Get 1/2 kg Long grain rice
- Get 150 gm Ghee
- Take 150 grm Fried onian slices
- Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala

- Take 1 tsp Coriander powder

- Use 150 gm Curd
- Use 3 tbspn Salt
- Take as needed Orange food colour
- You need leaves Mint
- Provide leaves Coriander
- Get as needed Wheat flour dough
Steps to make Mutton biriyani:
- In a mixing bawl add mutton. Add dried spices onion paste ginger garlic paste and curd and 1 tspn salt let it marinate for 1 hr
- Soak rice in water for 1 hrs
- In a pan add water. Some whole garam masala salt. Let it boil. Add water and cook till 1/4 th done.
- In a heavy pan add ghee. Add remaining whole garam masala. Add mutton add half of fried onion. Cook it till mutton done. ( if cooking in cooker wait till 4 whistles.
- Now in a heavy pan add cooked mutton. Cover it with rice. Spread fried onion. Mint and coriander leaves pour 3 tspn ghee. You may add orange food colour too now cover it. And deal with dough. Cook it on. Very low flame. On dum for 10 minutes. Ready
