The ingredients needed to make Easy Brownies:
- Use 1 cup sugar
- Use 1/2 cup A.P. flour
- Get 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Use 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
- Get 1 stick butter (melted) or 1/2 cup veg oil
- Take 2 eggs
- You need 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Provide 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- Take 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Steps to make Easy Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Mix wet with dry ingredients in the large bowl
- Grease or spray a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. I use 8x8 cause I like them thicker!
- Bake for 20-25 min, until edges start pulling away, let cool before cutting and serve!!
