- Prepare 50 grams ● Fresh okara
- Use 2 tsp ● Baking powder
- You need 30 to 50 grams Sugar
- Provide 30 grams Vegetable oil (or butter)
- Provide 1 Egg
- Take 3 to 4 tablespoons Soy milk (adjust with the moisture in the okara)

- Put the ● dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Put sugar and vegetable oil in another bowl. Whisk together until pale and has the consistency of pancake batter.
