- Get 2 pounds Haddock filets boneless and skinless
- Prepare 1 pound Bacon
- Use 1 teaspoon salt
- Take 1/2 cup unsalted roasted almonds

- Preheat oven 400 degrees f
- Salt each piece of Haddock filets both sides and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon
