  1. Get 500 g Fresh Chicken liver
  2. Use 2 Ripe tomatoes chopped
  3. Take 1 Large onion chopped/sliced
  4. You need 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. Take 2 Tbsp Vinegar/ fresh lemon juice
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  7. Use 1 tsp coriander powder

  11. Get 1 tsp garlic/ginger paste

  1. Soak your liver in water and vinegar for a few mins. Wash it off.
  2. Marinate liver with ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, tumeric, coriander and garam masala and set aside for 30mins.
  3. In a pot, add oil, curry leaves, onions and mustard seeds and fry on low - medium heat. Add your whole green/red chillies (optional)
  4. Pour in your marinated liver.
  5. Saute for 5 minutes. Then add in salt.
  6. Add in your chopped tomatoes, mix well and let it cook till the tomatoes soften.
  7. Liver is ready to serve!
