  1. Get 1 cup dried white kidney beans
  2. Get 2 minced Onion
  3. Get 3 crushed Garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoon Tahini (white sesame paste)

  1. Soak 1 cup of dried white bean overnight with water.
