The ingredients needed to prepare Guacamole:
- Get 1 ripe Haas Avacodo
- Prepare 3 oz finely chopped tomato
- Get 2 Tbs finely diced onion
- Take 2-3 mild jarred jalapeno slices, minced
- Get 1 1/4 tsp dried cilantro to taste
- Take 1/2 small lime, squeezed
Instructions to make Guacamole:
- .MIx tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime. Taste and adjust, add salt if wanted
- Remove Avocado flesh and put into a mixing bowl
- Mash with a fork until desired texture
- Blend the Avocado and the tomato mixture in a bowl, adjust seasonings
- Put into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap letting the wrap touch the Guacamole to prevent browning
