  3. Get 300 ml thickened cream
  4. Prepare 1 punnet strawberries pureed
  5. Get 2 limes juiced
  6. Prepare 10 grams gelatine
  7. Use 100 grams melted butter
  8. Get 1 packet Granita (oatmeal) biscuits

  1. Grease and line springform cake pan
  2. Crush biscuits finely and stir in melted butter then press firmly into the springform cake pan
