- Use 133 ml 〇 Vinegar
- Take 67 ml 〇 Water
- Get 5 tbsp 〇 Sugar (or brown sugar)
- Use 2 tsp 〇 Salt

- Provide 2 〇 Bay leaves
- Take 2 〇 Chilli peppers
- Prepare 1 knob Thinly sliced ginger

- Put the seasonings marked 〇 into a heatproof container and microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes. It's done when the sugar has dissolved.
- Put the vegetables into the warmed seasonings. There's no need to rub them with salt. Microwave for 5 minutes. Adjust the time to suit the amount of vegetables that you are using.
- Mix everything together, and transfer it to a storage container. When it has cooled down, put it in the fridge. It's ready to eat after 2-3 hours.
