- In a cooker add ghee put jeera crackle,add all whole spices, fry add chopped onion and fry,add all vegetables and salt,satue we'll add all masala and add chawal and mix well
- Pour water into it as we took 1cup rice we LL add 2cup water and add lemon juice fried dry fruits…
- Pressure cook in medium flame for 3 whistle,
- When cool down again add some ghee and garnish with chopped Coriander leaves rosre water and again close the lid for 2mins
